Grace Algeo is pursuing a Masters in Biological System Engineering. She has a B.S. in Biology from Roger Williams University with a focus on agriculture and aquaculture sciences. She comes to UC Davis with 5 years of industry experience. Most notably working for companies such as Gotham Greens' in their Providence, Rhode Island and Davis, California greenhouses. Her research interests include agricultural automation, system design, and optimizing workflow and functionality within hydroponic greenhouses. Apart from school and work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors and finding the highest mountains to climb within a reasonable distance from Davis
